Calaiswood School

The Trust awarded a grant of £3218 towards the purchase of 3 running bikes for use by pupils during PE, physiotherapy and play sessions.

The running bikes allow pupils with mobility issues a freedom of movement which is not available to them through other forms of exercise.

Although the bikes can be adjusted and can be used by different pupils, to accommodate the wide age group and size of the pupils, the school needed to purchase 3 different sized running bikes.

Funds were also provided by Awards for All and Children First.
